Ordering & Production

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 3-5 business days after proof approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be completed in 1-2 business days.

Do you provide design services?

Yes! We offer free basic design services for simple layouts. For complex designs, our graphic design team can create custom artwork for a small fee.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept the following formats:

  • Vector files: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (preferred for best quality)
  • Raster files: PNG, JPG, TIFF (minimum 300 DPI)
