1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rand Markings website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Rand Markings is operated by Rand Markings, 175 Westella Road, West Ella, Hull, HU10 7RP, United Kingdom.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are custom-made to order based on your specifications
• All orders are subject to acceptance by us — we reserve the right to refuse any order
• Product images on our website are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly
• We aim to match colours as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact Pantone matching with CMYK printing

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
• VAT at the current UK rate (20%) will be added at checkout for UK customers
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal
• Payment is required before production begins
• Prices are valid at the time of ordering and may be updated without notice

4. Artwork & Proofs

• You are responsible for providing artwork that meets our specifications (minimum 300dpi, CMYK colour mode)
• We will provide a digital proof before production for your approval
• Production begins only after you have approved the proof
• By approving the proof, you confirm all text, spelling, colours, sizes, and quantities are correct
• We cannot accept responsibility for errors in customer-approved proofs
• Artwork files you submit remain your intellectual property — we store them solely for order fulfilment and easy reordering

5. Production & Delivery

• Production timescales begin after proof approval, not from the date of order
• Standard production: 3–5 working days for labels/stickers, 5–7 working days for domed labels and keyrings
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address specified
• Free standard delivery on orders over £99 (UK mainland)

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details. In summary:

• We will replace or refund products with manufacturing defects
• We will replace or refund products that do not match the approved proof
• We will replace or refund products damaged during shipping
• We cannot accept returns for change of mind, customer artwork errors, or colour variations
• Issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order

8. Intellectual Property

• You confirm that you have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, and designs submitted to us
• We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• We will not be held liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork
• All website content, design, and branding is the property of Rand Markings and may not be reproduced without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
