Our Quality Guarantee

Every product is quality checked before dispatch. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, does not match the approved proof, or is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or provide a full refund — no questions asked.

Free UK Delivery

Free standard delivery on all orders over £99. Orders under £99 are shipped for a flat rate of £4.99 to UK mainland addresses.

Fast Turnaround

Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days after proof approval. Rush production is available on request.

Full Tracking

Every order includes tracking as standard. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

UK Mainland: FREE on orders over £99 | £4.99 flat rate under £99

Next-Day Delivery: £9.99 (order before 12pm)

International: Please contact us for a shipping quote. European orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days, rest-of-world 7–14 working days.

Couriers

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries. International orders are shipped via DPD International or Royal Mail International Tracked. All shipments include tracking as standard.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we have specific policies regarding returns

We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • Manufacturing defect — the product has a printing error, doming fault, or material defect
  • Does not match proof — the finished product does not match the digital proof you approved
  • Shipping damage — the order arrives damaged due to courier handling

You must report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order, with photos of the problem.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

Approved artwork/proof errors
Customer-supplied artwork errors
Colour variations (screens differ)
Change of mind

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before you approve the digital proof. Once the proof is approved and production has started, we are unable to cancel as your products are being custom manufactured. If you need to make changes, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Proof Approval Responsibility

By approving your digital proof, you confirm that all text, spelling, grammar, colours, design layout, quantities, and sizes are correct. We cannot accept returns for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please check your proof carefully before approving.
