Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom products. However, due to the custom nature of our stickers, labels, and keyrings, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Products

Because our products are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

Defective Products

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, we will:

  • Reprint and ship a replacement order at no charge
  • Provide a full refund if you prefer

You must report defects within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our Printing Errors

If we made an error in printing (not matching the approved proof), we will:

  • Reprint the order correctly at no charge
  • Provide a full refund if requested

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging
  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement

No Returns For:

  • Approved artwork/proofs (you approved the design)
  • Customer-supplied artwork errors
  • Color variations (screens display colors differently)
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect quantities (you ordered the wrong amount)

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day
  4. If approved, we'll send instructions for return or replacement

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Proof Approval

Important: By approving your digital proof, you confirm that:

  • All text, spelling, and grammar are correct
  • Colors and design match your expectations
  • Quantities and sizes are correct

Sample Orders

Not sure about your design? We recommend ordering a sample first. Sample orders receive the same quality control as full orders but allow you to see and feel the product before committing to a large quantity.
