How it is made

Your design is then printed in full colour directly onto the acrylic using UV cured ink, which bonds to the surface and resists fading and scratching far better than a basic sticker or transfer.

Once printed, each keyring is trimmed to its final shape, a hole is drilled or punched for the ring, and a split ring is fitted before packing. Double sided printing is available if you want a design on both faces, and we can also add a protective clear laminate for keyrings that will see heavy daily handling, such as those given out on keys carried in pockets or bags.
